It was an eye-opener for a group of Saito University College of various disciplines when they attended an online class on Art Lesson In Perspective, organised by the Saito Design School Student Representative Council recently.
The speaker, Mr Effendy Anuar, formerly art lecturer at Saito Design School and now a freelance artist spoke on the perspective of art and showed how it can create more depth to our artwork and life.
As a freelance artist, Mr Effendy also spoke on how to prepare yourselves to become a freelancer and tips on how to “sell” your products online.
Council president Mohamed Daniel Mohammed Daud said the participants also consisted of students from other schools as art is universal.
“It was a good lesson for us, Mr Effendy is an efficient and talented artist who provided tips and tricks on how to survive as a freelancer,” he said.
“We hope to conduct similar talks in future and have more participants,” said Daniel.
