Saito has embarked in ODL aligning to the lifelong learning initiatives. ODL offers an effective learning method to overcome the existing barriers compared to the conventional learning mode where learning and teaching are implemented without geographical limitations through the adaptation of the latest digital learning technologies.
ODL which emphasizes on independent learning enables students to manage their own learning time. Students can access learning materials in an easy and flexible way at any time through Saito LMS and in addition to the guidance of lecturers and tutors. Our courses structured online meetings virtually through our online learning management system (LMS). Class size are kept small to maximize interaction between students and instructor.
Various methods of communication, such as video conferencing, email, social media, discussion platforms as well as various technologies combined with face-to-face interaction as well as the use of physical and virtual resources are made available to Saito learners. All programmes offered are accredited by MQA.

Studying Diploma in Law Enforcement ODL is to allow students from all over Malaysia or even abroad to obtain the diploma all the while studying for the online while maintaining their existing career or activities away from the campus. The objective is to allow these students to become autonomous and responsible and to differentiate themselves by enabling their development in a digital and flexible learning environment, through the use of thought out interactive educational mediums based on innovative technologies and focused on students. This programme provides an opportunity for free-flowing teacher/student communication using e-mail, the online dashboard, messages, videoconferences and other online platform that is made available to students. Being the first Diploma in Law Enforcement Administration ODL adopted from our conventional diploma that was first introduced in Malaysia 12 years ago, this ODL programme offers to the working adult or other learners a choice to those who has a busy schedule but requires a higher education certification with flexibility learning.
