How can I make the best version of myself? A question that was answered in a special session held in Cheras Campus on Aug 20, 2025 titled Who Am I In Love?.
More than 70 students from the various faculties took part in the session with Saito UC counsellor Ms Rozaida Zariman guiding them.
The interactive session was held to understand each of the student’s attachment style – secure, preoccupied, dismissing and fearful-avoidant characters in us.
“It was a very insightful session for building healthier, meaningful connections among us,” said Ms Rozaida.
She added that they explored together on how the past shapes your love life and in the ends is to find the best version of each of us.
The half-day event was conducted by the Counselling Centre under the Student Services Department.
