The event gathered more than 100 librarians and information professionals, including 12 international delegates from Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia.

The 5-kilometre run was organised in conjunction with the Congress of Southeast Asian Librarians Conference and Meeting (Consal) 2025, providing a unique platform for librarians across Southeast Asia to network and exchange ideas in a casual and relaxed setting.

“This activity is a valuable exposure for us, encouraging healthy lifestyles while expanding librarian networking opportunities,” said Ms Sharifah Soleehha.
