A total of 13 Le Masters School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, Saito University College, accompanied by three lecturers had a tour of Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel, as part of their familiarisation trip on Aug 27, 2025.
The students are currently studying Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management and Pastry Arts at the Le Masters.
Their arrival was welcomed by the top management of the hotel who were given a peek of the 5-star hotel that offers luxurious accommodations, signature amenities and always considered as an upscale sanctuary to their guests.
According to lecturer Noramira Roslan, the students were excited about getting the first hand knowledge from the visit.
“It is part of the courses to get them to see for themselves how 5-star hotels operate as these venues will be their workplace in future,” she said.
The budding chefs were introduced to Chef Aizat, highly trained in culinary, who talked about his experience in the industry.
The hotel also shared with our students on Marriott Bonvoy enrolment before being taken on a hotel tour, including the spacious ballroom, Sala Bar, Club Lounge, Presidential Suite, rooms and the other facilities available.
After that they were also briefed on HR, a vital part of any organisation before getting a taste of the sumptuous spread for lunch.
